Shipping Policy

1. Shipping area
Maison Aurielle ships to Switzerland and worldwide.

2. Shipping costs
We ship free of charge from an order value of CHF 100. Below that, shipping costs are shown transparently at checkout.

3. Processing and shipping
Every order is securely packaged and shipped with tracking. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks; delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Customs and import charges
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply. These are levied by the destination country and are to be borne by the customer.

5. Failed delivery
If a delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect address or non-acceptance, additional shipping costs may apply for redelivery.

6. Damaged or lost shipments
Should your order arrive damaged or get lost, please contact us immediately with your order details.
