Welcome to Maison Aurielle. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

2. Scope
By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions. They apply to all products and services of Maison Aurielle.

3. Products and availability
All products are available while stocks last. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions and images are presented as accurately as possible but may vary slightly.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) incl. statutory VAT, plus any shipping costs. The purchase price is due upon completion of the order and is settled via the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery
We ship to Switzerland and selected other countries. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We accept no liability for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Under Swiss law there is no statutory right of withdrawal. As a voluntary gesture, however, we grant a right of return: returns are possible within 14 days of receipt. The customer bears the return shipping costs. No restocking fees are charged. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

7. Liability
We are liable only for damage caused by gross negligence or intentional conduct. Liability for indirect or consequential damage is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Maison Aurielle and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Maison Aurielle, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

10. Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published at the time of the order applies.
