How is my order shipped?

Every order is securely packaged and shipped with tracking. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship free of charge from an order value of CHF 100. For smaller orders, a small flat shipping fee applies, which you'll see transparently at checkout.

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay conveniently and securely with common methods (e.g. TWINT, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay). The options available to you appear at checkout.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Yes. If a piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days in unworn condition. Simply get in touch via our contact form.

Is the jewellery skin-friendly?

Our jewellery is made for everyday wear. For sensitive skin, we recommend removing jewellery before contact with water, perfume and creams. You'll find care tips on our Jewellery Care page.
