    These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms.

    The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

    All prices are shown in the currency indicated. Shipping costs are stated separately during the order process.

    Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the online shop. The purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order.
  5. Liability
    The seller is liable only for damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct, to the extent permitted by law.
  6. Applicable law
    Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the company's registered office, to the extent permitted by law.

SHIPPING POLICY

    We ship our products worldwide, unless stated otherwise during the order process.
  2. Processing time
    Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  3. Delivery times
    Delivery time depends on the destination country and is usually between 4 and 15 business days.
  4. Shipping costs
    Shipping costs are clearly stated during the checkout process.
  5. Customs and import fees
    For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply. These fees are levied by the respective country and are to be borne by the buyer.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Right of return
    Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Conditions for returns
    Items must be in their original condition, unused and returned in the original packaging.
  3. Return shipping
    The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
  4. Refund
    After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund is made via the originally used payment method.
